Sand Blast
- Historically, sandblasting was the first activity of Nigermat, which involved spraying abrasive material (corundum) onto glass at high speed, driven by a jet of compressed air. These corundum particles form small cavities on the surface of the glass, giving it a frosted appearance. This technology is mainly used when only some glass needs to be sandblasted. Therefore, protective covers are used to produce bottles for Cerruti, Jean Paul Gaultier, Bulgari, Armani, Creed, Lalique, Repetto, and others.
Screen Print
- The most famous method is to print on a bottle through a nylon, ink, enamel, or precious metal screen to reproduce the desired decoration. Of course, you can screen print multiple colors on the same media (in fact, the same colors are used on the screen). The decoration is then finally fixed to the bottle through heat treatment. For many years, Pengmax has had the most efficient automated machines. At the same time, 35 semi-automatic machines completed the fleet to increase flexibility.
Chromatography
- Use chromatography when the number of colors is too large or the bottle cannot be screen printed. It involves first screen printing decorations (called "chromo") on paper, and then transferring the decorations to the bottles to be decorated using a special machine. Like screen printing, the decoration is ultimately fixed to the bottle through heat treatment. This technology has produced bottles for Lolita Lempika, Jean Paul Gautier, Issey Miyake, Kenzo, and Faconnable.
